My First Birthday Cardmaking Video Tutorial

by Homegrownart on June 21, 2010

Hello Y’all,

I finally completed this project and uploaded a cardmaking video tutorial to You Tube.  Now, I must say, I have so much respect for all those YouTubers that post videos on a regular basis.  I am not promising I will do one every week or even every month for that matter, but I will be working on producing more in the near future.

Hope you like this birthday card which was inspired by Michelle. From the moment this elegant card caught my eyes on Split Coast Stampers,  it went directly into my favorites.  Thanks for the inspiration Michelle, who gives further credit to her friend Krystie. I hope I gave your sketch some justice.

Here are the supplies I used to complete  this pretty Green Swirl Birthday Greeting Card:

Cardstock-Papertrey Inc.; Bazzill
Pattern Paper-DCWV
Spellbinders Nestabilities Mega Curvy Rectangle Dies
Making Memories- brad, bone folder, and paper cutter
Stampin Up! – Inkpads (Gable Green and Basic Black), Sincere Salutations Stamp Set
Autumn Leaves- Elegant Flourishes Stamp set
Zots-small single glue dots
Scrapbook Adhesives E-Z runner
Stampabilities- clear acrylic grid block

Hi Amiga, thanks a bunch for posting such a lovely comment. I am trying to get back in the swing of things here. Been keeping busy making all sorts of things with no time left to post any of them, but will do soon. Big hugs.
